Beverly maintains 65 per cent occupancy despite slowdown

KOTA KINABALU: Despite the drop in foreign tourist arrivals into Sabah by 15 per cent for the first four months of this year, the Beverly Hotel Kota Kinabalu is still able to maintain an average occupancy rate of 65 per cent.

Though it has built a portfolio of customers, it also has a blueprint and strategy to carve a bigger share of the market.
