KOTA KINABALU: Sabah Rhinos are ready to battle against the odds when they take on Negeri Sembilan in the FA Cup quarter-final return leg tie at the Tuanku Abdul Rahman Stadium in Paroi tonight.

The state side are trailing 0-1 after losing to the Premier League leaders in the first leg encounter at home early this month, and need to win by at least two clear goals in order to qualify for the semi-finals in the competition that they last won in 1995.

This time around, they also have to overcome their opponents without their two foreign signings in Jonathan Behe and Sofiane Choubani, who have been frozen out due to poor form.

The French duo was part of the side that played in the first leg on April 1.

However, they were left out of the team after their Premier League 2-0 away defeat to Terengganu. They were also not part of the side that defeated Kuantan FA in their last Premier League fixture on April 14, which was the Sabah Rhinos first home win this season.

Despite playing against all odds, the Sabah Rhinos are determined to spring a surprise against their high riding opponents.
