KUALA LUMPUR: Tenaga Nasional Bhd (TNB) has warned the public not to use several Facebook accounts using its company name that it says are unauthentic, adding it only has one official Facebook account at www.facebook.com/tnbcareline.
In a statement yesterday, TNB Vice President (Corporate Affairs) Adelina Iskandar said these unofficial Facebook accounts are not updated and do not give accurate responses to consumers’ enquiries or complaints.
She said the public may instead call TNB’s One-Stop Enquiry Centre or fax 1300-88-5454 for bill and account-related enquiries; telephone its Call Management Centre or SMS 1-5454 for power disruptions; or email email@example.com to report faulty or damaged street lights.
The public may also channel real-time enquiries, complaints or feedback through Webchat at www.tnb.com.my or at www.facebook.com.my/tnbcareline.
