Both the ER-GD400MS and ER-H8MS models utilize the efficiency of stone oven to ensure that food is evenly heated inside out. Quick heating of 200°C can be achieved in just 5 minutes up to a high temperature of 350°C, all thanks to the use of far-infrared rays. Heat distribution in a square-shaped oven that concentrates along the edges often result in unevenly cooked food. The dome design of ER-GD400MS with its curved surface facilitates even microwave heating and ensures uniform heat distribution when grilling and baking.

The ER-GD400MS and ER-H8MS give you better control to bring out the best flavors of food with a variety of steam cooking options. Choose from Super Heated Steam (1200W) that generates quick flow of steam in 13 seconds, with maximum temperature reaching 350°C. This helps to remove up to 13% of excess oil and up to 14%* of salt content in food.For dishes that requires large volume of steam, you can select the Increased Steam Volume setting that generates steam in 24cc/minute.

Use the Temperature Control option to achieve the perfect finishing, according to your personal taste. You may set between 35°C to 95°C when cooking pudding, steamed egg hotchpotch, dim sum, moist chicken breasts, steamed fish, even reheating. With the Auto Defrost function of ER-GD400C, frozen food defrosts quickly over continuous low temperature. You get evenly thawed food with tender texture for easier cooking.
