KOTA KINABALU: After a successful debut last year at SHAREDA’s property expo, Bukit Kiara Properties (BKP) reported sale of RM1.2 million, besides strong buying interests at the just concluded four-day Propex 2010.
“Our properties have appreciated by an average of 30 per cent over last year,” said BKP manager Jennie Phui, adding that it is good for investment. The rental yield was between 7 and10 per cent.
She was positive of the enquiries that had the potential of sale which meant that higher sale was expected from Propex 2010. Phui attributed the good turnout due to the hands-on leadership of Shareda president Datuk Susan Wong in promoting the event.
BKP’s latest Verve Suites, The Versilica Living Concept, is Mont’Kiara’s first and only sky beach. Perched on the penthouse floor at level 33A, The Versilica Sky Beach is a resort getaway for its residents and a place for beach activities, sunbathing or swimming out into the clear blue sky.

Eighty per cent of the 250 units in the Vox Tower were snapped up, according to Phui. Each comes fully furnished, ranging from 426 sq ft (one-bedroom) to 1,394 sq ft (three-bedroom). Buyers are given two design options, priced from RM950 psf to RM1,500 psf depending on size and level.
The other towers of Verve Suites are Vibe, Viva and Vogue which were sold out. Each suite is like an extra large bedroom, while the rest of public spaces are one giant living room. In other words, owning a unit is getting 100,000 sq ft of recreation space.
Mont’Kiara is one of Kuala Lumpur’s most sought after addresses with several distinguished schools and recreational clubs – Kuala Lumpur Golf and Country Club, the Royal Selangor Club and the Bukit Kiara Equestrian Club. For educational discoveries, there is the nearby National Science Centre.
