Sabah Senior Amateur Open Golf Championship postponed

KOTA KINABALU: The Sabah Golf Association (SGA) wishes to announce the postponement of this year’s Sabah Senior Amateur Open Golf Championship from March 26-27 to a new date on April 2-3. However, the venue at the Borneo Golf Resort Berhad in Bongawan remains unchanged.

The rescheduling of the championship was due to the clashes of the original date (March 26-27) with the coming Easter Month which SGA feels would somehow affect some of the golfers who are celebrating the occasion.

SGA would like to extend its apologies and regrets any inconvenience caused especially those who have confirmed their participation.

Golfers have been advised to take note of the changes as the championship will be held on April 2-3 instead. – FRED LEONG-Fred@newsabahtimes.com.my
