DirectD launches Huawei purchase awareness campaign

26th June, 2019

KOTA KINABALU: Malaysian phone retail chain DirectD launches a campaign to give customers reassurance and a peace of mind when purchasing Huawei devices.

“This campaign offers a full refund on Huawei products if Google Play Store, Google Apps such as Google Maps, Gmail, YouTube, and also popular applications such as Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp stop working within 1 year of purchase at any of DirectD’s outlets and official website (www.directd.com.my),” DirectD said.

DirectD operates at eight locations: Subang Jaya, Petaling Jaya, Publika in Kuala Lumpur, Kajang, Sungai Buloh, Wangsa Maju, Kota Bahru in Kelantan, 1 Utama and upcoming store to be opened at Kuala Terengganu in Terengganu. It is fully compliant with regulatory policies on all mobile devices and accessories.

“Customers can be assured that all devices sold by DirectD are approved by Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) and verifiable via the Check Your Label (CYL) programme – an initiative by MCMC.”
