Freshly grilled premium meat, seafood at Souled Out

KOTA KINABALU: The Souled Out at Imago shopping mall here has churned out yet another delicious menu from its Chill n Grill Kitchen to delight both its local and holidaymaker customers.

Customers can now order their freshly grilled premium meat and seafood which are prepared to order, along with their refreshing beverage.

The kitchen will serve a selection of sides, sauces, and dips to accompany the chilled meat while fresh seafood selections are not available on the ala carte menu.

The latest menu will feature the all-time meaty favourites such as air-flown black angus striploin, baby tomahawk, rack of lamb, and whole chicken leg while seafood lovers can enjoy freshly caught tiger prawns, barramundi, or indulge in a mixed grill of both.

Customers will be spoilt with selection of sides such as baby spinach with cranberries, mixed mushrooms, garlic mash potatoes, Belgian fries, parmesan broccoli, and the good old garden salad.

All dishes also come with a selection of perfectly balanced sauces including sauce Diane, three trumpet Sauce, Rosemary jus, smoked peppercorn sauce, and cepes jus, as well as smoked bacon, chimichurri, chermoula, and herb mustard dips to tantalise one’s taste buds.

“With the introduction of the chill and grill concept, we want to provide our guests with the best sourced and freshest meat, seafood and produce, complemented by the seaside ambience and whet their appetite with the promise of more than just a meal, but an immersive and exclusive dining experience,” Souled Out Group, marketing head Cassie Wong said during a media preview on Tuesday.
