Seafood bak kut teh special Prosperity Set

KOTA KINABALU: Tasty Wok Venition off Jalan Lintas (Lido-Kepayan) here has introduced a seafood bak kut teh special set for its coming Chinese New Year Prosperity Set yesterday.

The set includes blanched yumak, braised fish belly and special yam rice.

Its chef, Yew Beng Kooi who unveiled the menu also created a 10-course table menu.

The items includes rainbow yee sang, fish maw seafood soup, steamed corn-fed chicken with goji berries, steamed grouper, pan-fried prawns with garlic, braised vegetables with dried oyster and fatt choy.

Also in the menu are chef’s special salted egg fried rice which is popular in Penang, colourful pudding and Shanghai pudding.

The selling price is RM788 for Jesselton Diners (JD) members and RM888 (non-members).

The bak kut teh set is priced at RM328 for JD members and RM388 (non-members). There will be lion dance performance on February 9 at 8pm and special promotion at Tasty Wok.
