7K Charity Run registration open daily from 8am

KOTA KINABALU: Kota Kinabalu City Hall is continuing its strong support for the 7K Charity Run since its inception in 2000.

Mayor Datuk Yeo Boon Hai accepted the invitation to flag-off the second run of the 18th Sutera Harbour 7K Charity Run on July 28 at 5.17pm.

This was confirmed when Sutera Harbour Golf and Country Club (SHGCC) general manager Rick Blackie and his organising team paid a courtesy call on him at his office recently.

To date, Harrisons Sabah Sdn Bhd, Suria Sabah, Ikhlas Perunding, Axtrada (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Queen Elizabeth Hospital 1, KFC, West Coast Taxi Association and Borneo Housing Mortgage Finance Berhad have confirmed their participation.

The charity run is sponsored by Ultron as the official apparel; 100Plus and MOMA Water as the official drinks; Astro Radio Sabah as the official radio station; while Jesselton Medical Centre, Sounds Tech Production and Sports Toto as the contributing sponsors.

Registration is opened at the 7K counter located at the lobby of SHGCC daily from 8am-8.30pm. Runners can also download the registration form at www.suteraharbour.com/7k-charity-run.

The registration fees are at RM42.45 per adult and RM33.00 per student/child. There is also a group offer for 15 persons and above at RM37.75 per person.
