Shell Malaysia expands online offerings via 11street collaboration

KUALA LUMPUR: Shell Malaysia Monday launched its Shell Malaysia Official Online Store on e-commerce platform, 11street, which allows car owners in Malaysia to buy genuine Shell Helix oil change service packages online.

In a statement Monday, the company said, consumers in Peninsular Malaysia, and soon in Sabah and Sarawak, could purchase e-vouchers for Shell Helix oil change service packages online and schedule an appointment via the 11street mobile application.

The vouchers could be redeemed at any one of 45 participating Shell Helix-brand workshops, it said.

Shell Lubricants Marketing General Manager, May Tan, said to celebrate the collaboration, Shell Helix and 11street would hold a ‘Spend & Win!’ contest from April 16-29, 2018.

“For the contest, consumers who buy an oil change service package using either Shell Helix Ultra with PurePlus Technology, High Mileage or HX7 motor oil on 11street stand a chance to win RM500 shopping credits.

“The collaboration will enable the company to tap into the fast-growing online shopping trend and deliver genuine Shell Helix products and value-for-money services to a wider market across the country,” Tan said.

She said the collaboration with 11street, one of the largest and more innovative online marketplace brands in Malaysia, would allow the company to offer customers unprecedented convenience in terms of their car maintenance. –Bernama
