Delta Group provides affordable housing for locals

KOTA KINABALU: Owning a house you can truly call your own represents the ultimate dream for just about anyone.

Yet, with escalating real estate prices and the burden of lengthy loan repayment, buying and financing a home is not just a matter of saying ‘I like it’ and signing on the dotted line. It is something that should be done with a great deal of sense and prudence.

In line with the sense and giving effort to offer worthwhile deal, Delta Group through its subsidiary company; Golden Addition Sdn Bhd, comes up with a new development for the sake of Sabahan, house for everyone, Delta Heights Apartment.

Thus, to walk the talk, Delta Group offered Delta Height Apartments from RM204,677 to RM438,000, lower price for such kind of house offered in the property market.

The peaceful, quaint gated and guarded low density residential apartment was perched on top of a mild hill, with a total number of only 520 apartment units, which spread over 11.8 acre of land in Bundusan.

It’s nestled among amenities such as educational centre, clinics, supermarket and eateries.

Gradually build since 2005, the three phases development finally meet its climax recently with the competition of its final series, Phase 2 and 3.

“The final Phases of the development were completed and handed over to the proud purchaser 11 months ahead of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) date.

“Delta Heights Apartment projects Phase 2 and 3 have been classified as a High End Apartment Project by the Housing Controller, Ministry of Local Government and Housing Sabah. With high standards and quality in mind, the developer has meticulously selected and used quality material imposed high workmanship standards beyond other competitors and similarly price development.

This ultimately resulted in minimal complaint of defects from the purchased property and added value to the purchasers’ prized investments.

Phase 2 consists of 192 units with sizes ranging from 695 to 1330 sq ft spread over two blocks of 4-storey walk-up apartments.

“With comforts of the residents in mind, laminate floorings are added in as a standard feature in all bedrooms,” said Hii, adding that quality wall tiles are installed on all kitchen and toilet walls together with high end sanitary ware and similarly fittings that are not normally fund on similarly priced developments.

She also mentioned that both phases also come with a unique double roof design. “A combination of metal roofing system with concrete roof slabs, eliminating roof leakage, which is common affecting top floor units and greatly improving the acoustic and insulation properties on these units.”

Every unit comes with one rooftop car park with ample parking lots for the convenience of tenants and visitors alike. Due to the increasing demands of internet coverage, Unifi is installed on Phase 2 with Phase 3 on the final stages of installation by Telekom Malaysia.

Delta Heights Apartment also features a central recreational zone that offers a wide range of recreational activities such as outdoor swimming pool, basketball court, tennis court and children playground.
