KOTA KINABALU: Local property developer, Hap Seng Properties Development Sdn Bhd, under its slogan, ‘Your Sabah Brand’ unveiled its latest project Kingfisher Inanam yesterday.

The condominium project is located a few minutes’ drive from Inanam town and is being offered at prices from RM388,000.

Its Chief Operating Officer, John Tan Duo said the project design incorporates seismic technology and high quality safety.

In response to reports or earth tremors in Sabah, Hap Seng has taken steps to ensure its the residents’ safety.

“Our building structure is equipped with a denoting geological surveying methods involving vibrations produced artificially by earthquake factor. In any case our project is sitting on solid, cut ground rising four metres above road level,” said John at the unveiling of the Kingfisher Inanam’s entrance statement here, yesterday.

The 9.3-acre development will have condominium units with floor sizes between 850-1,000 sq ft.

John sees the current cooling od the property market as an opportune time to pick up good offers such as those put up by his company.

“People are asking if the property prices will go down. Well, the economy is in fact inflating and there is no right time to buy or not to buy. You should buy within your means, when you can,” said John.
