ATI College collaborates with NILAI University

KOTA KINABALU: ATI College and NILAI University recently signed a memorandum of understanding to launch the Bachelor of Arts (HONS) in Business and Hospitality Management (3 + 0) programme.

The first batch of this bachelor programme has been conducted in ATI College for nearly two months. Deputy Vice Chancellor of NILAI University, Prof Saw Sor Heoh, Dean of Tourism and Hospitality Faculty, Datin Maimunah Sulaiman and senior lecturer Edward Felix Joseph visited ATI College to inspect and understand the progress of this (3+0) programme last week.

They also shared the programme quality control with the management members of ATI College after inspecting the facilities in ATI College, the qualifications of the teaching lecturers and the student’s application procedures. The visiting team from NILAI University was impressed by the performance and preparation of ATI College in conducting the programme.

ATI College CEO, Datuk Seri Panglima Wong Khen Tau, called on the young people who are interested in careers of hotel, food and beverage industry to attend this bachelor degree programme.

Students are eligible to complete this three-year programme in ATI College and will receive the Bachelor Honour Degree from NILAI University upon completion of study.

NILAI University ranks fifth in all colleges and universities in Malaysia and is one of the Malaysian universities rated as a 5-star university by the Ministry of Higher Education. This course is also accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA).

In line with the 20th anniversary of the college, the college offers a very favorable tuition fee with the consent of the university for the local students who enrolled in this course.

This offer will save for each student up to RM16,400. For those who fulfill the application conditions to PTPTN Loans, full tuition can be loaned.

The second batch of this (3 + 0) proramme will start class in May. ATI College calls on the STPM/A-Level/UEC graduates to enroll now. For SPM graduates, they can first enroll ATI’s Diploma in Hotel Management and then credit transfer into the second year of bachelor degree.
